CASA BENE® Return & Refund Policy
At CASA BENE®, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review the guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
Because our products are released in limited quantities, we only accept returns under the following circumstances.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
If the item shows signs of wear, washing, or missing tags, the return will be denied.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
The item must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.
Customer Shipping Responsibility
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, CASA BENE® will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the product is damaged or defective and a replacement is not available.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
- CASA BENE® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipment.
- All approved returns must be shipped using tracked shipping.
